Service Description

The grocery store can be so overwhelming as you begin a gluten free or otherwise restricted diet. Label reading, looking for GF versions of you favorite foods. You don't need to suffer silently. Take me with you to your favorite grocery store and I will help you navigate to find safe foods that you and your family will love! Typically a one-time service. Clients typically book a 1-1.5 hours shopping trip. Details can be customized for individual client needs. This service can be booked standalone or as an add on to the 6 month program.
