Happy Independence Day šŗšø! July 4th is my FAVORITE holiday. I love the fireworks š, the sunshine āļø, time on the lake with friends and family, but MOST of all itās my favorite food holiday. I know, itās a little strange š¤Ŗ.

GF Chocolate cupcakes š§ (King Arthur Flour mix) with Vanilla frosting (Simple Mills) fancied up with some red, silver & blue decorating sugar
Strawberry š shortcake š° fresh local Maine strawberries that my friend picked yesterday. I used a GF shortcake from What The Fork Food Blog
